We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you may return any product within 30 days. You can either exchange it for a different product or we’ll refund your money — it’s totally up to you. Just contact us for a return authorization number (info@vertere.audio or 1.888.279.6765), make sure the product is in like-new condition, and pack everything (including remote, owner’s manual, power cord, etc.) securely in the original packaging.

*Items that are specially delivered, such as some larger units, large floorstanding speakers and furniture, are not included in this offer. If a product is defective or damaged, however, there is no charge for returning it, and there is no re-stocking fee as long as all of the original equipment is complete and returned in good condition.
